Possibilities Foundation believes a student’s financial condition should not define their educational opportunities. This year, Possibilities Foundation awarded merit scholarships to 29 students from various cities, such as Nashik, Karjat, Bangalore, etc. A total amount of Rs. 2,06,500 was awarded in this year of 2024-25.

The program was conducted in Nashik’s Maratha Vidya Prasarak’s College of Pharmacy. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished personalities like Laxmikant Sawant, Atul Bhide, Supriya Salvee, Dr. Milind Wagh, and Shyamala Chavan, along with Trustees Gururaj Agnihotri, Geeta Agnihotri, and Shekhar Salvee.

Laxmikant Sawant enlightened students by sharing his own story about his days in night college, from ITI to IIM Ahmedabad. He also encouraged the students to plan their 20s well for a peaceful life later on.

Atul Bhide also shared inspiring stories of Self-Belief and Self-Confidence. He reiterated that “Noise should not distract you from your goals”. He said, “There will always be someone who tells you ‘You can’t do this’; do not pay attention to such noise, and stay focused on your goals”.

The event was a successful one as it left a lasting impact on the students. The stories from the Chief Guests reignited their Passions, and the Merit Scholarship served as a motivator to their hard work. This event was truly a celebration of perseverance, hard work, and triumphing over predicaments.
