Our mission is to create a brighter future for these students so that they can aspire to their dream careers without any barriers. Our Vision

At Possibilities Foundation, we envision a future where education is accessible to all. By 2036, we strive to support over 10,000 underprivileged students through scholarships, mentorship, and community outreach programs.

Our team

Gururaj Agnihotri is the chief trustee of Possibilities Foundation. Driven by the passion to help others, he brings the drive and thrust into the trust and its management. Coming from a humble background himself, he understands very well the difficulties of students’ struggle in realizing their educational dream. A successful corporate career of over 25 years and the current role of an entrepreneur enables him to plan and execute the programs effectively and efficiently.

Gururaj Agnihotri

Shekhar Salvee, an engineer and architect by qualification is heading the firm Excelarch – Architects & Engineers. With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world and entrepreneurship, he brings essential elements into the management of Trust. His eye for the detailing and precision of planning is an asset in the planning and execution of the Trust programs. His humble background and his passion for the upliftment of underprivileged persons is a force multiplier. As a treasurer of the trust, he spares his time, and energy relentlessly, despite his otherwise busy schedule, reflecting his dedication to this purpose.

Geeta Agnihotri is a soft-spoken but rock-solid supporter of the mission. Coming from humble family background herself, she holds a graduate degree in commerce; her passion to bring positive changes in the life of students has been a force for the trust. Srinivas Agnihotri, exhibits a rich history of corporate leadership in his career of over 20 years after his Engineering in IT. He has a special interest in identifying systemic solutions to man-made problems, particularly in areas related to education, food, and waste management.

Surabhi Crasto

Surabhi Crasto, an experienced academician, who has spent years transforming the lives of students through teaching and counseling. She adds boundless value to the organisation through her inputs credited to an indepth understanding of the education ecosystem in India.

Abhishek Pandurangi

Abhishek Pandurangi, an engineer by qualification, a lawyer by profession, and a writer by passion. He has inked several publications and cinematic scripts aiming to influence minds. His endeavor to converge the interests of young minds and endless opportunities present, adds immense force to the organization.

Alpana Chakravarty

Alpana Chakravarty, is a specialist in library and information science and has been heading the library at Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies. She spread her involvement in multiple disciplines including providing career counseling and participating in the editorial committee of International Journals.

Harsha Bhela Agnihotri

Harsha Bhela Agnihotri, a polymath, adjoins the organization’s attributes of balance and perspective, which among others have helped her carve successes in multiple roles. Her strong interpersonal and oratory skills convert into an effective tool in decision making that helps further the processes at the organizational level.

Supriya Salvee

Supriya Salvee, a statistician, a teacher, and a counselor, knows from her experience that books can build lives and believes every single child deserves one in their hands. An ardent educator, Supriya imparts to the organization pragmatic solutions to achieve far appearing goals by combining her fact-based outlook credited to her Masters in statistics
